Coffee and COVID-19!


Years ago, many people considered that coffee was a drink that gave unfavorable effects for health. Over time and with more and more research in the world, the coffee consumption is not a thing to worry about anymore, especially when consumed properly and according to the needs or not excessive.
Coffee is not a beverage that gives bad effects on health on the contrary, coffee is a beverage that can provide good effect healthy for the body and mind and even soul.

According to a research:


"Drinking filtered coffee is associated with lower levels of circulating inflammatory markers. Poly-phenol antioxidants in coffee can help prevent some cancers, heart disease, diabetes, osteoporosis and neurological diseases."



The conclusion of result studied have shown that daily coffee consumption and the use of coffee as a beverage lifestyle of modern society provides benefits to the body in preventing the occurrence of various diseases because it increases and maintains the body's immune system.

Ingredients:

  • Nestle Red mug coffee
  • Nestle coffee-mate
  • sugar
  • milk
  • water


Directions:

  1. Add 3 tbsp water
  2. Add coffee powder 1 tbsp (or as desired)
  3. Mix well (This is the most important step!)
  4. Add warm boiled milk  
  5. Add a tsp coffee-mate powder
  6. Add sugar as per taste
  7. Mix and its ready!
